I'm going to assume than anyone finding this blog is familiar with the Work of Byron Katie and where to find the Judge Your Neighbor and Individual belief worksheets that I am using here.

I followed the JYN worksheet to write the following. I will hotlink the individual belief worksheets I do on these various thoughts in this worksheet as I do them and get them uploaded:

I am furious, disgusted and sick of Donald Trump because he is making a completely mess of American values, reputation and relationships across the globe. He is acting heedlessly to gain the crude applause of his base, who are a minority and should not be pandered to. He is ruining the country already, causing trade wars and setting the groundwork for actual war. He lies constantly. His ego is insatiable and he will destroy the country and the world trying to feed what can never be satisfied. He doesn't know what he is doing. He is a tool and a puppet of Bannon. He will drag us back to the dark ages. He cheats. He lies. The entire Republican Party rigged elections and gerrymandered voting districts to stay in power despite not having majority support. They cheat and they shouldn't prosper because of it. Politics should be fair. Lying to spread fear shouldn't bring results. People should see through his manipulations. Fear shouldn't be what drives this country.

I want Donald Trump to be a better man. I want him to drop the ego defense, drop the posturing, drop the attacking. I want him to grow up and wake up. I want him to reject hate, reject fear, reject separation and reject the white supremacists who surround him. I need him to be a good president, a calm, capable, thoughtful leader who does not rage like a bull through a china shop.

Donald Trump shouldn't endanger the whole world. He shouldn't bankrupt the US, our environment, the health of this planet. Donald Trump should calm down, think clearly, listen to his heart and be a decent president.

I need Donald Trump to wake up. To become self-aware, compassionate and stop living in fear, greed and egoic suffering. I need Donald Trump to be a good leader, a compassionate human being, a healthy person.

Donald Trump is unskilled, reckless, embarrassing, dangerous, childish, self-centered, narcissistic, frightening, pathetic, hateful, stupid, and the worst thing to happen to this country ever.

I don't ever want to have to hear about his actions again. I don't ever want to elect someone like this again.
